USB Travel Tech

Having travel friendly devices and keeping them charged is a perennial problem. So, here below, some of my current favourite kit for on the go:

1. TeckNet BLUETEK Dual USB Charger: a dual port charger which comes with plugs for different countries. Fast 2A when charging one device, or 1A when charging two.

2. Nikon USB Charger (EN-EL3): got a Nikon DSLR? Use this charger with a standard USB socket.

3. Kingston MobileLite MLW221 Storage Reader: want a wifi hot spot to access USB/SD cards on the go and something that can also charge your device? Look no further.

4. Mu Folding UK Charger: great for travel in the UK, a folding single, dual or fast charger.

5. External Power Pack: the Kingston pack above is 3V which can charge a phone, but won’t necessarily power external devices. If you need a little more juice, get a 5V supply which will also have a higher mAh capacity.

6. Pico Projectors: I’ve mentioned them quite a bit, but they are a fantastic travel device for projecting a laptop of watching a movie.

7. X-Mini Speaker: which naturally leads on to the portable speakers!!

8. Fuji Instax SP1 Printer: and the amazing Instax printer to make Polaroid type prints on the go. And yes, run it directly from your external power supply using the optional power cable.

Anymore good travel tech?? Drop me a line!
